Delivery
In most cases, Brand Shore delivers your orders the next business day if you place your order before 6 PM, or the day after tomorrow if you place your order after 6 PM.
Delivery timeline is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the courier partner. This applies only if the order is being delivered from another city.
We offer delivery services in more than 380 cities across Pakistan.
For orders of Rs.5000/- or more, delivery is free. Orders with less than this value will incur a Rs 200 delivery charge each.
Shipping charges are displayed separately on the check-out page.
Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays and National Holidays. Orders will be shipped and delivered next working day.
We make two delivery attempts; please ensure your address is complete (House No, Street, Area, and Nearest Landmark)
Only accept orders that appear in Brand Shore branded flyers & refuse those that are opened or tampered with.
Exchange
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for our customers
Brand Shore return & exchange policy gives you the option to return or exchange items through the Brand Shore outlet in Karachi as it was purchased/dispatched for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
Customer must have sales invoice slip/order number & the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odor, or missing labels/tags.
Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on discounted products.
The complaint must be registered by contacting customer service from our website or WhatsApp, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Refund
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full amount of voucher.
A “refund” may only be issued if:

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product. The shipment has been delayed due to force majeure conditions.
